We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Coordinator who thrives in a structured environment and excels at enabling smooth project operations. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to support communication and processes across delivery teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing PMO tools and documentation, analyzing operational data, and ensuring that project teams have the guidance and support they need to work efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to collect, verify, and update project information and status;
- Assist the project managers/delivery head in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project portfolio and resource allocation;
- Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations using various tools and platforms;
- Work with the internal knowledge base to document and share best practices, lessons learned, and project methodologies;
- Conduct research and analysis on project management trends, benchmarks, and standards;
- Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
- Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and quality standards for project management;
- Write clear and concise business process descriptions and diagrams for the project organization;
- Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis;
- Create the PPT Presentation for internal and external stakeholders;
- Support ongoing PMO initiatives and operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Onboard new PMs to the system and assist them in navigating PMO processes, tools, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, organizational management, computer science, or other relevant field;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining project management tools and processes;
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for software development and documentation and an understanding of SDLC;
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and clients.
- Skills in problem-solving, and risk management;
- English language proficiency;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong skills in working with MS Office toolkit (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Salesforce CRM experience will be a plus.
