Job Description:
We are looking for a SPIFF & Salesforce SPM Consultant to support the delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using SPIFF while expanding into other Salesforce Sales Performance Management (SPM) products such as Salesforce Maps, Sales Programs, and Sales/Territory Planning.
In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and solution architects to implement and configure compensation solutions, support client workshops, and help deliver scalable Salesforce SPM implementations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compensation systems or sales operations who is looking to grow their expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem and SPM domain.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of SPIFF incentive compensation solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
- Run client discovery sessions and assist with documenting business requirements gathering
- Contribute to the development of Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and solution documentation
- Configure SPIFF plans, calculations, and workflows to support compensation processes
- Lead data validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping clients validate plan logic and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions with Salesforce CRM and SPM products
- Continuously build expertise in Salesforce SPM technologies, including Salesforce Maps, Sales Programs, and Territory Planning
- Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with enhancements and optimization
Requirements:
- Experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Operations, or RevOps systems
- Hands-on experience with SPIFF or similar ICM platforms such as:
- Xactly
- SAP / Callidus
- Varicent
- CaptivateIQ
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into system logic
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders in a project delivery environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce products
- Familiarity with Salesforce SPM products such as:
- Salesforce Maps
- Sales Programs
- Sales Planning / Territory Planning
- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or data modeling
- Background in sales compensation or sales operations
