About the job JR-166246 Contract Administration Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Contract Administration Coordinator who will take ownership of the contract coordination process and ensure its efficiency, transparency, and control.
This is not just an administrative role — you will play a key part in keeping business operations running smoothly by driving contract approvals, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal.
You will also contribute to improving and automating processes, helping us build a more scalable and efficient contract lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:
Own and coordinate contract approval workflows (SOWs, MSAs, Amendments, etc.)
Track contract statuses and proactively drive progress at every stage
Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of pending items
Prepare and format contracts using approved templates
Maintain accurate and structured data in CRM systems and internal repositories
Ensure proper document storage, version control, and compliance with internal processes
Support contract execution, including e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign)
Act as a coordination point between Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
Participate in automation initiatives related to contract lifecycle and data management
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or similar roles
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep processes under control
Proactive mindset and confidence in driving follow-ups
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
English proficiency: minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, or a related field
