Customertimes is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support a Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration project (US client). This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can quickly assess an existing Pardot setup, map it to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, and support a fast‑paced delivery timeline.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of marketing assets, audiences, and automations while collaborating closely with delivery and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the migration from Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Analyze the current Pardot setup and map assets, journeys, and data structures to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Migrate audiences, email templates, assets, automations, journeys, and data models
- Ensure correct integration between Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Validate migrated data, automations, and journeys to ensure functional and business accuracy
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align migration approach and delivery expectations
- Provide hands‑on support during delivery and stabilization phases
Requirements:
- Intermediate hands‑on experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience migrating:
- Audiences and subscriber data
- Email templates and assets
- Journeys and automations
- Data extensions and data structures
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to translate Pardot functionality into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to start quickly and support delivery within a 2‑week timeframe

- Previous experience with short‑term or fast‑track migration projects
- Experience working in client‑facing or consulting environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and marketing automation best practices
