Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to design, configure, and deliver scalable customer engagement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Configure Dynamics Sales and related Power Platform components.
• Support design integrations, data migration, security roles, workflows, and automation.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare solution documentation, and support testing and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, review solution quality, and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, security configuration, and solution management.
• General understanding of integration approaches, APIs, Azure services, and data migration.
• Experience working across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.

Microsoft certifications and experience with enterprise-scale or multi-country implementations are considered an advantage.
