JR-184701 SF Architect Technical

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud products. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic architecture responsibilities, ensuring solutions align with business goals while following Salesforce best practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud, as well as defining enterprise integration architectures connecting Salesforce with SAP and other external platforms.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Define scalable application architecture, including object models, security model, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and data architecture.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative development.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Create and maintain solution architecture documentation, including solution design documents, integration diagrams, data flow diagrams, and architecture decision records.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and phased implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor Salesforce platform releases and evaluate opportunities to leverage new capabilities.
• Mentor senior developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

Salesforce Data Cloud

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud architecture.
• Define data ingestion strategies from multiple enterprise systems.
• Architect identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
• Enable customer activation and personalization use cases while ensuring governance, scalability, and data quality.

Enterprise Integration

• Define end-to-end integration architecture between Salesforce, SAP, and external enterprise systems.
• Design API strategies, interface contracts, data mapping, orchestration, and error-handling frameworks.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust integration solutions across internal and third-party platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, platform scalability, governance, and security best practices.
• Experience leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Architecture certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect).
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce DX.
