Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce architecture, extension development, and customization.
• Experience implementing SAP Commerce B2B functionality, including: Organizations and Units, User Roles and Permissions, Approval Workflows, Cost Centers and Budgets, Quotes, Shared and Saved Carts.
• Strong Java (17/21) development skills.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVC.
• Solid understanding of the SAP Commerce Service Layer, OCC APIs, CronJobs, Business Processes, Impex, FlexibleSearch, Interceptors, and Backoffice customization.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working with Solr search configuration and indexing.
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with external enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, payment providers, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted specification-driven development, validating AI-generated code, and maintaining high standards of code quality and security.
• Experience making minor frontend changes in SAP Commerce Composable Storefront (Spartacus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.
