We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in financial controlling and accounting, strong analytical skills, and confidence working with Excel and Power Query.

Responsibilities

Financial Controlling & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Perform P&L analysis and variance analysis;
  • Monitor financial performance and reporting accuracy;
  • Prepare financial data for management reporting;
  • Participate in financial planning activities.

Accounting & Finance Operations

  • Monitor accounting operations and financial transactions;
  • Review and approve invoices and financial documents;
  • Work closely with accounting and tax teams;
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities;
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data;
  • Participate in improvement of financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Finance, or Accounting;
  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Audit;
  • Strong understanding of management accounting and accounting postings;
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis;
  • Experience working with financial statements;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Power Query experience is required;
  • Experience with QB, SAP, or other ERP systems is a plus;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
