We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support multiple Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) clients. This role requires managing several concurrent projects, navigating shifting priorities, and ensuring strong coordination across distributed teams. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level experience, strong client presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and change control logs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including complex, high-visibility initiatives
- Coordinate across internal teams, BAs/PMs, and external stakeholders
- Proactively track progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely delivery
- Adapt quickly to scope changes, shifting priorities, and evolving client needs
- Support client interactions, join status calls, and help strengthen client relationships
- Ensure alignment across shared resources and manage team capacity effectively
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (Senior level preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle ambiguity, last-minute changes, and fast reprioritization
- Client-facing experience with a focus on building trust and improving relationships
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
- Exposure to complex integrations, multi-system environments, and website launches
