A prestigious five-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to join its senior leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to lead the finance function of one of Asia's most admired independent luxury hotels, with career progression into group-level responsibilities as part of a growing regional hospitality group.

About the Role:

You will lead all financial operations of the property, ensuring rigorous financial discipline, robust internal controls, and efficient practices across departments, particularly in food and beverage operations. As a trusted member of the senior management team, you will provide strategic financial leadership while working closely with the Group CFO on corporate finance and future M&A initiatives.

Ideal for Candidates Who:

• Are currently a Director of Finance at a single hotel seeking a larger challenge with group-level exposure.
• Or are a No. 2 in finance (e.g. Assistant Director of Finance) at a major international brand ready to step up to lead the function in a luxury setting.
• Are eager to grow into corporate finance and M&A responsibilities in a fast-expanding regional group.
• Have at least 5 years of hotel finance experience within international chains, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Possess strong F&B cost control experience and a deep understanding of hotel operations.
• Communicate with confidence - assertive yet tactful, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
