Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for working with the both the Operating team and Communication and Partnerships team to provide an excellent customer experience to Farm Shop visitors.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to attract more customers by increasing store traffic, increase the sales per customer, increase revenue and store profitability
• Improve and expand the store offerings
• Work with other Departments to better leverage the organization's products and sell its services
• Develop and present promotional materials
• Design and arrange in-store displays
• Prepare monthly reports on buying trends, customer request and profits along with any other noteworthy statistics
• Execute administrative duties including managing store budgets and updating all financial records
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations/policy
• Monitor inventory levels and order
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Propose store policies and procedures to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a retail environment, and/or managing a store
• Customer-service oriented
• Knowledge of business management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player
