Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire bar operations including revenue & cost management, people management, procurement management and customer service management
  • Creation of cocktail menu based in seasonality and high quality produce.
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • Oversee bar team including but not limited to talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters
  • Motivate and lead the team members to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure team member is scheduled according to forecasted revenue, and established labor cost goals are maintained
  • Manage food and hygiene procedures in order to ensure the cleanliness of the bar in a high hygiene standard
  • Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in business administration or hospitality/restaurant management
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as Bar manager
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Good financial management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy
  • Holder of HKID or valid work permit in Hong Kong is required
