・職責 :

遵循主廚或高級廚師的指示及依據低碳方式烹飪、素食菜式設計及前線銷售,以營運低碳及可持續發展之快餐餐廳,餐飲之預備及製作;協助銷售、收銀及點算結餘;廚房清潔及餐具清潔;處理顧客查詢;樓面雜務,包括處理素食餐廳外之餐飲秩序、防疫及消毒所需;需餐飲到會等外勤工作

・資歷 :

沒有學歷要求; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話優先; 一般英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧,具輕型貨車駕駛執照優先

・待遇 :

每月$15,000 - $16,000, 有超時工作補假, 醫療福利, 醫療保險 及牙科福利, 上午9時至下午5時半, 每週工作5天,輪休, 每天工作 7.5 小時, 需於週六、週日及公眾假期工作

Chef and Assistant Chef (Green Hub and Sun Garden Cafe)

Job description:

  • Follow guidance of the Executive Chef and chef in preparation and production of vegetarian food items in low carbon ways;
  • Responsible for daily operation of the Sun Garden Café, a food kiosk at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden on food preparation, front line sales, housekeeping, and handling of customer enquiry;
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the food kiosk;
  • Provide catering services occasionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; candidate with rich experience in vegetarian kitchen operation will be considered as chef;
  • Experience in vegetarian cooking, processing of organic food product and low carbon cookery is an advantage;
  • Mature, flexible, proactive;
  • Good communication skills, able to work well independently and in a team environment;
  • Good command of Cantonese (knowledge of English and/or Putonghua will be an advantage);
  • Passion for nature and sustainable living;
  • 5-day-week but essential to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Compensation days will be provided on weekdays;
  • Possession of a valid Class 2 driving license is an advantage;
  • Meet the COVID-19 vaccination requirements of Vaccine Pass Direction of catering business;
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values;
  • Open minded and recognize the validity of all spiritual paths.

    • 餐飲之預備及製作;
    • 協助銷售、收銀及點算結餘;
    • 廚房清潔及餐具清潔;
    • 處理顧客查詢;
    • 樓面雜務,包括處理素食亭外之餐飲秩序、防疫及消毒所需;
    • 需餐飲到會等外勤工作。

    要求: 
    • 能配合本園之使命、願景及價值;
    • 性格成熟、主動及靈活;
    • 滿一年或以上廚房經驗, 具豐富素食廚房營運管理經驗者獲考慮聘為廚師;
    • 對低碳方式烹飪、素食、有機食物製作有基本認識者優先;
    • 喜歡團隊合作及善於溝通;
    • 熱愛大自然及支持低碳生活;
    • 良好中文聽講能力,懂英語及普通話更佳;
    • 須於週六、週日及公眾假期工作;
    • 具輕型貨車駕駛執照者優先;
    • 必須巳完成接種三劑2019冠狀病毒病疫苗,及履行政府對餐飲處所施行的防疫要求。
