Job Brief:

- Specialized in Kaiseki cuisine with Michelin 2 or 3 starbackground

Strong communication skills with customers during opening hours

Strong management skills in terms of manage kitchen and staff.

- Flexibility to utilize limited ingredients as Australia has very limited ingredients compared to Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs

Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff

Rectify arising problems or complaints Give prepared plates the final touch Perform administrative duties

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Keep time and payroll records

Reporting, including food cost and labor cost

- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers requirements.

Organizing special events, such as collaboration with other chefs or special theme events.

- Generate ideas to help with revenue
