The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen

  • Possesses good technical skills and foundational knowledge of modern European cooking
  • Demonstrates discipline, consistency, and strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of a section under the supervision of the Chef de Partie

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes

  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, organisation, and mise-en-place

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
