Job summary:

The Legal Executive will be responsible to provide legal and administrative support including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, agreement (local and overseas), and other correspondence .

Job description:

  • Drafting and management of documents such as contracts, agreements, and other correspondence.
  • Summarizing cases and preparing reports for lawsuits.
  • Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments.
  • Drafting contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
  • Format and edit letters, memos, and presentations.
  • Review and ensure that documents are accurate as well as complete prior production.
  • Manage and gather hard copy of original work papers and other important documents.

Job requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Law.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in legal functions.
  • Experienced in E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management Systems (ICMS)
  • Experienced in Conducting ACRA search, QuestNet, and legal research using LawNet and Lexis Nexis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
