  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail.
  • For support roles, good communication skills are a must.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
