As a pivotal technical leader, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cloud architectures, identifying risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and delivering robust Azure-based solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your role will involve leveraging modern cloud technologies to drive business transformation while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

Working closely with a team of talented professionals, you will be instrumental in shaping cloud strategies, executing high-quality architecture designs, and guiding implementation processes to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Azure Cloud Migration Projects: Design and execute Azure migration strategies for large multinational clients, including requirements analysis, architecture development, and seamless application and data migrations from on-premises data centers to Azure.
Develop Cloud-Native Solutions: Architect and deploy modern cloud-native applications and business solutions in Azure, meeting clients' unique requirements.
Design Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Solutions: Create hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, integrating Azure services with on-premises systems and other cloud environments.
Manage Azure Landing Zones: Design, implement, and oversee scalable Azure landing zones aligned with best practices for governance and security.
Provision and Manage Azure Infrastructure: Deploy and manage Azure resources, including virtual networks, virtual machines, containers, serverless services, storage, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
Deploy Network Security Solutions: Implement and maintain network security components such as Watchguard, Palo Alto VM-series firewalls.
Oversee Master Images: Manage operating system, application, and security updates for Azure-hosted systems.
Automate Azure Operations: Build CI/CD pipelines and use tools like Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, and PowerShell to streamline Azure deployments.
Perform Administration Tasks: Conduct upgrades, patching, backups, restorations, troubleshooting, and issue remediation for Azure services.
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver high-quality results.
Understand MSP Operations: Maintain a thorough understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) practices, including ITIL frameworks, service delivery models, and customer support workflows.

Qualifications

Educational Background: MS/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cloud architecture and system engineering, with relevant Azure certifications such as AZ-305 (or equivalent).
Azure Expertise: Extensive experience with Azure services, including virtual machines, containers (AKS), App Services, Azure Functions, Azure AD, Azure Migrate, ASR, ExpressRoute, and more.
Network Security Knowledge: Proficiency in deploying and managing network security solutions, including Watchguard virtual components.
Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and PowerShell.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop technology roadmaps and align solutions with long-term business objectives.
Client Engagement: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives.
Multi-Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS or GCP is a plus.
Consulting Experience and Pre-sales: Demonstrated success in a consulting and pre-sales, delivering client-focused solutions.
Proactive Mindset: Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and driven by a passion for innovation and customer success.
MSP Awareness: Solid understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, ITIL frameworks, and service delivery models.
