You will lead the ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) Business Team (Lingerie & Underwear), driving sales performance and spearheading initiatives to capture new growth opportunities. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will be responsible for shaping sales direction, building customer relationships, and fostering a high-performing team culture to ensure sustained business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute robust short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. Lead innovative sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Establish clear sales objectives by forecasting and formulating annual sales plans for key accounts. Analyze sales trends and develop projections for both existing and new customers, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with prospective clients while expanding penetration within existing accounts. Ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple business units. Drive a sales-centric culture, establish effective workflows, and champion consistency, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Provide visionary leadership through clear communication of goals and continuous coaching. Regularly review team performance, leverage data-driven insights, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Present innovative ideas and actionable solutions to cross-functional teams, enhancing collaboration, increasing business visibility, elevating accountability, and delivering measurable results.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze changes in sales patterns, and recommend responsive strategies such as pricing adjustments or merchandising enhancements. Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and competitiveness.
- Customer Focus: Ensure superior customer experience and maximize client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher, with a minimum of 15 years proven sales and operations experience in fashion, apparel, or retail industries, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated history of achieving significant and sustained sales growth, including the development and execution of tactical sales plans and account strategies.
- Exceptional leadership ability with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing diverse, multicultural teams.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and follow-through skills proficient in presenting to buyers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Dynamic sales talent with advanced negotiation, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker and proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Adept at building strong partnerships with both internal teams and executive-level clients.
- Highly customer-focused, commercially astute, and results-driven.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
