Head of Quality Assurance

​​Re​sponsibilities

• Create and implement quality strategies to improve company culture and processes through training.
• Design and manage clear quality standards and procedures.
• Understand what our customers need in terms of quality and keep an ongoing conversation with them, especially if there are any complaints.
• Work with our teams to meet and exceed customer expectations and address any issues that come up.
• Review and improve our existing quality systems and processes.
• Start and send out the Quality Update Newsletter regularly.
• Help factory teams with immediate problems and make necessary changes to improve procedures.
• Keep track of quality KPIs and work with factory QA to analyze quality data for risk assessment.
• Evaluate quality performance and push for continuous improvements, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Lead actions to fix and prevent issues in our manufacturing processes to meet both internal and customer standards.
• Assist with special projects as requested by management.

​Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in textile, garment technology, or testing technology.
• 10 years of management experience in garment manufacturing or a related field.
• Good understanding of textile and garment manufacturing, testing processes, and quality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• A proactive, sensible, detail-oriented thinker who is patient and humble.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
