A fast-growing SaaS startup in the creator platform space that launched in late 2022 and has already supported over 500 agencies worldwide. The product helps agencies and creators improve performance, streamline operations, and gain clarity on key metrics. With rapid adoption and a growing user base, the team is now expanding its performance marketing department to reach the next level of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, run, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Plan and script high-converting ads (copy, visuals, videos) to match campaign goals
  • Develop and execute ad schedules and structures that match platform best practices
  • Improve campaign performance by reducing CPA and CAC through ongoing A/B testing
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align paid efforts with brand strategy
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data insights
  • Optimize and allocate media budget efficiently, with a strong ROI focus

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social Media Advertising
  • Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEA) from setup to optimization
  • $1M+ in total campaign budget managed over the past years
  • Strong copywriting and creative scripting skills for ad content
  • Deep understanding of branding, performance funnels, and growth marketing
  • Ability to independently lead paid media strategies and execution
  • Language: English B2+/C1
  • Candidates residing in Russia are not eligible

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Familiarity with the creator economy or SaaS products
