Salary: $160,000 USD/year GROSS + performance-based monthly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a growing marketing team of 4 marketing managers and 2 account managers
• Drive clarity on strategic priorities and ensure team focus on the highest ROI activities
• Build and sustain a performance-driven culture through clear goals, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement
• Design and optimize content strategies for organic growth across TikTok and Instagram
• Identify trends and high-performing video styles, and translate them into scalable action plans
• Objectively evaluate team performance, and support hiring or firing decisions when necessary
• Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO on all marketing-related decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading teams
• Hands-on experience running successful large-scale organic or influencer marketing campaigns
• Expertise in driving growth via TikTok and Instagram
• Deep knowledge of personal branding and viral content mechanics
• Strong ability to recognize and break down video trends and winning creative patterns
• Excellent communication and feedback skills tailored to individual team members
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills in fast-moving environments
• Language: English B2+/C1 or native level
