Senior UI/UX Designer
Work format: Remote, full-time
Company location: Global (team based in CET ±3)
Salary: up to 6,000 EUR gross per month
The company is a fast-growing international platform that empowers OnlyFans agencies and creators by optimizing operations and clarifying performance metrics. Since our launch in October 2022, we've helped over 500 agencies scale. Now were expanding our product team and looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of user experience and interface consistency across the platform.
Youll work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to ensure a seamless, accessible, and intuitive product for creators and managers alike. The position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Conduct full UX audits of core flows (e.g., onboarding, signup) and identify quick wins
- Design and maintain a scalable, well-documented design system in Figma
- Deliver wireframes, UI mockups, and responsive designs for web and mobile SaaS interfaces
- Take ownership of UX quality and maintain consistency across the platform
- Collaborate with developers to ensure a smooth handoff of design assets
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Identify and fix usability and visual issues proactively
- Support high-speed feature delivery with quality design assets
- Create documentation and specifications for team-wide understanding
Our stack & tools:
- Figma (Auto-layout, Variants, Tokens), Miro, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Prototyping tools: Figma Interactive, Protopie, Framer
- UX analytics: Mixpanel, Hotjar (basic knowledge required)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS platforms (web & mobile)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive and user-centered designs
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (including design systems and tokens)
- Experience in creating and managing scalable design systems
- Solid knowledge of information architecture, user research, and interaction design
- Comfortable working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban teams
- Ability to simplify complex features into intuitive user flows
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Fluent English (C1)
Nice to have:
- Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with frontend development limitations and handoff best practices
