An international digital agency founded in 2015, specializing in 3D visualizations and interactive projects for clients worldwide. Their portfolio includes award-winning projects in Europe, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. The team consists of over 100 professionals working remotely, creating photorealistic content for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and manage a team of 7 people initially with potential to grow to several dozen people (modelers, various artists, junior and mid-level UE specialists, shader artists, etc.).
  • Create and optimize photorealistic 3D visualizations in Unreal Engine for interactive projects, including interiors and exteriors.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality visual standards in real-time visualization.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners (in English) to achieve project goals.
  • Mentor and support the team, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Work on both visual and technical aspects of projects (lighting, materials, shaders).
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks for efficient project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Unreal Engine (UE).
  • Proficiency with Corona/V-Ray or other offline renderers for photorealistic images.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ray Tracing and Lumen (lighting systems in Unreal Engine).
  • Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership.
  • Cinematic techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of widgets / Blueprints.
  • Knowledge of optimization methods.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:

UV mapping, texturing, and creating complex materials in Unreal Engine.
Houdini not mandatory, but an interest in learning is appreciated
