Middle AI Pipeline Engineer (Generative Visual Workflows)
Location: Remote
Time zone: CET ±2 hours
Contract: Full-time, B2B or Freelance (via EasyStaff)
Salary: $4,000 $5,000 USD/month GROSS
An international digital agency founded in 2015, specializing in 3D visualizations and interactive projects for clients worldwide. Their portfolio includes award-winning projects in Europe, the USA, Canada, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. The team consists of over 100 professionals working remotely, creating photorealistic content for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build flexible multi-step pipelines using generative AI models such as SDXL, ControlNet, AnimateDiff, etc. for tasks like scene generation, visual enhancement, cropping, and animation.
- Integrate and switch models based on client needs and visual direction.
- Fine-tune models (LoRA, DreamBooth, ControlNet) on custom datasets (e.g., branded furniture catalogs).
- Continuously monitor the latest model releases and integrate the best-performing solutions into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with the R&D department and Senior Artists to ensure consistent visual output and technical performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with generative AI tools.
- Strong Python skills, including working knowledge of Docker.
- Hands-on experience with ComfyUI, HuggingFace, Diffusers.
- Experience building image-to-video or similar multi-stage pipelines.
- Model fine-tuning expertise (LoRA, DreamBooth, ControlNet).
- Language: English (B1+), Russian fluent.
Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real-time visual enhancement using AI in 3D/graphics pipelines.
- Understanding of how to structure low-latency AI-enhanced rendering workflows.
- Experience with edge deployment of AI components for visual processing.
