Head of Sales

Problem:

Our sales team has no leadership, sales reps dont get feedback on a day to day basis, current sales lead does not roleplay them on a daily basis. Nobody in our sales team worked a sales job before so corporate experience is certainly missing.

Who are we looking for?

Sales Team Lead

Technical skills:

  • 5 years+ of sales experience
  • Experience in leading a sales team (3 years is decent, 5+ years is better)
  • Basic excel / sheets skills
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks & methodologies
  • Still selling on a regular basis, e.g. once day to stay product bound
  • Experience in roleplaying
  • Sitting in or near CET (+- 3 hours)
  • Experience in developing & improving sales scripts

Soft skills:

  • Ability to feedback well & constructive
  • Willingness to learn new & different frameworks
  • Proactive communication
  • Results based & fast paced work ethic

What are going to be your main objectives:

  • Roleplaying with the salesteam
  • Feedbacking the team & reviewing game tape
  • Creating & evolving a sales script
  • Selling yourself
