Key Responsibilities:

1. Vision & Tech Strategy

• Define and execute the unified tech roadmap aligned with business vision and B2B pipeline
• Identify paradigm shifts in AI, DePIN, and bandwidth infrastructure and launch PoCs
• Select and manage strategic tech partners (cloud, GPU, Web3) for cost-efficiency

2. Scalable Architecture & Infrastructure

• Architect an infrastructure supporting millions of devices and petabyte-scale data flows
• Oversee data ingestion, storage, real-time and batch delivery
• Build observability, monitoring, and automation to support frictionless growth
• Define cloud/hybrid strategy and approve stack-level decisions (languages, microservices, DBs)

3. Governance & Engineering Operations

• Hire and lead a high-caliber cross-functional team (backend, data, DevOps)
• Establish Lean/Agile rituals, OKRs, and a predictable delivery culture
• Own and industrialize SDLC (CI/CD, testing, quality gates); ensure uptime and reliability (SLOs, MTTR)
• Manage engineering budget and long-term team scaling
  

4. Data Products & Market Feedback

• Translate customer and sales feedback into scalable, specd product requirements
• Run continuous R&D cycles and integrate validated prototypes into the roadmap
• Prioritize delivery by ROI, complexity, and speed-to-value
  

5. External Tech Representation

• Act as technical face of Hub in investor meetings, VC due diligence, and public speaking
• Publish articles, research, and insights on AI/infra/Web3 trends
  Leverage personal brand to attract top-tier talent and strategic partners
  

6. Compliance & Security

• Ensure global compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and security-by-design standards
• Manage threat modeling, audits, pen-testing, and disaster recovery protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 15+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in CTO/founder/senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling infra-heavy systems to 100k+ or millions of users/devices
• Deep expertise in distributed architectures, cloud infra, pipelines, and DevOps at scale
• Experience hiring, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Strategic technical thinker with fast decision-making in high-uncertainty environments
• Confident public communicator, ready to lead investor calls and public tech positioning
• English: B2+/C1 or higher

Nice to Have:

• Background in AI infra, Web3, proxy networks, DePIN systems
• Experience at Grass, Wyndlabs, or similar infrastructure-first companies
• Based in Singapore or open to relocation (relocation support available)
