Contract: Full-time, B2B contract
Salary: 2500 EUR gross/month + commission

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy based on your experience, the clients interests and skillset as well as our proven systems
• Create unique ideas that cut the edge compared to the average creator in terms of the idea itself, the visuals, and the authenticity. We want to go ahead and develop personal brands
• Analyze and optimize your clients videos and accounts consistently to not only improve performance, conversion and results, but also to build a thriving community
• For us, its all about people. Communicate closely with your clients to ensure that we are on the same path. Make sure they understand our vision and quality standards, train them, and help them combine their private life with our strategies
• Be ahead of the market - look for new opportunities to grow the brands of our creators. From additional social media platforms and paid advertising to completely new ideas, there are no limits here

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer
• Proven track record of success on social media
• Business fluent English skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in copywriting
• Experience in video editing
• Experience in media buying
