Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute promotion strategies for multiple creators across Instagram and TikTok
• Create and maintain content calendars, including scripting ideas and collecting references for short-form videos
• Produce engaging content (shooting, editing, adapting formats) for Reels and TikTok
• Launch and manage paid campaigns via Meta Ads / Facebook Business Manager to boost reach and engagement
• Monitor campaign and content performance, prepare regular reports and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the marketing lead and external partners to ensure consistent brand voice and maximize virality potential

Tech Stack / Hard Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads and the Facebook Business Manager to manage paid promotion for our creators
• General experience with short form content and a solid understanding of virality factors, especially for Instagram and TikTok
• Video editing skills (IG Reels + TikTok)

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills:

• Background in adult influencer marketing
