About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage, optimize, and grow multiple remote sales teams. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, not a traditional sales position. You will focus on team performance, funnel optimization, and consistent revenue growth while working closely with Account Management and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow several remote sales teams, ensuring high performance and motivation
- Track and analyze KPIs to drive daily results and revenue growth
- Develop and improve sales scripts and conversion-oriented content
- Provide feedback and training to improve team quality and consistency
- Monitor and report on performance, resources, and revenue goals
- Identify and address performance issues quickly and effectively
- Align strategies with Account Management and Marketing for maximum impact
Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership experience with remote teams (sales, digital marketing, or community management)
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple time zones
- Comfortable working in the adult content niche
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Discord, Telegram, Google Drive
- Background in influencer or creator marketing
- Knowledge in Chinese and Asian culture
