Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to oversee our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SaaS, enterprise solution sales, and B2B. This role will involve developing new business opportunities, strategizing sales plans, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team.
 - Develop strategic B2B sales plans.
 - Identify and secure new business opportunities.
 - Utilize knowledge of SaaS and enterprise solution sales to drive revenue.
 
Skills
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, and B2B.
 - Strong leadership and team management skills.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
 - Native Japanese & english
