We're seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to champion and elevate our mobile engineering team, blending technical mastery with exceptional people leadership to deliver secure, high-quality mobile experiences on iOS and Android. Your mission: drive our mobile strategy, cultivate a strong engineering culture, and scale our mobile capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor mobile engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Own mobile engineering hiring and team scaling.
• Define technical direction for iOS and Android, ensuring architectural integrity and scalability.
• Drive mobile feature delivery in collaboration with Product and Backend teams.
• Ensure performant, secure, and user-friendly apps.
• Maintain a consistent product experience across platforms.
• Improve team workflows and foster learning.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years Android and 2+ years iOS development (Swift, Kotlin).
• Strong understanding of Android internals and modern frameworks (Compose, Room, Hilt).
• 2+ years managing mobile teams, focusing on growth.
• Proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Strong technical skills across both platforms.
• Strategic thinking and excellent collaboration skills.
• A security and privacy-conscious mindset.

Bonus: Experience with gRPC, cryptography, trusted execution environments, or cellular technologies.
