Key Responsibilities

Import Documentation:

Assist in preparing and processing documents required for customs clearance (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).

Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs procedures.

Shipment Coordination:

Support the scheduling and tracking of incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to resolve any issues related to shipment delays or documentation discrepancies.

Data Management & Reporting:

Input and update shipment data into the ERP system (e.g., SAP or Oracle).

Help generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, shipment costs, and compliance metrics.

Administrative Support:

Provide general support to the Import Logistics team, including maintaining files, updating records, and preparing correspondence

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Bachelors program in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of import/export regulations and international trade documentation is preferred.

Previous internship or coursework related to logistics, supply chain, or international business is a plus.
