Job Summary

The Channel & Partner Officer is responsible for developing, enabling, and managing our partners to generate qualified sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

The role ensures partners are fully equipped to identify client needs, position Dafater’s ERP solutions, and effectively support the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified partners across KSA, including accounting firms and business consultants.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and training to enable partners to gain product knowledge, sales positioning, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure engagement and performance.
  • Generate and manage sales opportunities through partners and support deal progression in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Track partner performance against KPIs and implement actions to improve productivity and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align efforts and enhance partner effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Partnerships
  • Experience in SaaS, ERP, or software solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Accounting, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
  • Experience working with the Saudi (KSA) market
  • Exposure to accounting firms or business consultancy environments
