UI Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction. We are also looking for individuals with a strong interest in learning and growing in the UX design field, with the potential to contribute to UX projects alongside their core UI responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and prototype intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and UI components.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Demonstrate an interest in learning UX principles, conducting user research, and enhancing user experiences as part of the design process.
  


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Understanding of UX principles and a willingness to learn and contribute to UX design activities.
• Attention to detail, with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• A demonstrated interest in expanding skillsets to include UX research and design alongside UI design.
