Job Summary:
The Solution sales specialist, who is dynamic and results-driven, will possess a strong background in selling software solutions and a proven track record of meetin and exceeding sales targets. As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, provide information about our products, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized software solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Dafater software solutions.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as an Accountant.
  • SaaS industry experience is an advantage
  • Analytical thinkers with creativity and decisive decision-making.
  • Efficient time utilization, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive individuals with a growth mindset and openness to new ideas.
  • Goal-driven with determination and perseverance.
  • Responsive and customer-focused, understanding and meeting client needs.
  • In-depth understanding of products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in all aspects of sales, from prospecting to closing deals and building relationships.
