About the Role:

Were looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing tasks for one of our Canadian clients. This is a remote role ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and able to work independently. Youll collaborate directly with a marketing manager or business owner to help build and execute marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Update and maintain website content (basic CMS or WordPress experience is a plus)
• Conduct market research and track competitor activity
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare simple reports
• Organize marketing assets such as graphics, templates, and copy
• Support other day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support
• Strong written and verbal English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social platforms
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus
• Prior remote work experience is an asset
