️About the Role

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) to start, with potential to grow into a larger role over time. You'll help run daily operations, support clients, manage candidates, and take on special projects that help Dare Hire scale smoothly.

Ideal for someone looking for meaningful, flexible remote work with energy and professionalism.

️What You'll Do

Ongoing Responsibilities (Weekly/Monthly)

  • Review new applicants from job boards

  • Prompt candidates to complete their Dare Hire profile (resume + intro video)

  • Watch and evaluate candidate videos for English fluency and presentation

  • Shortlist qualified candidates and prep summaries for clients

  • Support client communications updates, follow-ups, meeting bookings

  • Write and post new job ads, monitor performance, and adjust as needed

  • Post content and updates on LinkedIn

  • Track applicants, placements, payments, and performance

Project-Based / One-Time Tasks

  • Improve the candidate experience 

  • Help implement automated email flows and reminders

  • Build out our candidate evaluation system and process docs

  • Assist with lead tracking, referral program setup, and basic marketing

  • Build internal workflows and help document our operating procedures

  • Track key metrics and help us make smarter decisions with data

Tools You'll Use 

We don't expect you to be an expert in everything, but you should be comfortable with: 

  • Microsoft Planner
  • Zoom (client and candidate meetings)
  • LinkedIn (posting, messaging, and light outreach)
  • Google Calendar / Outlook (for scheduling) 
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) 
  • Basic email automation tools (like MailerLite or similar)

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level English speaker

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Organized, efficient, and proactive - you don't need handholding

  • Tech-comfortable - you don't shy away from learning a new tool

  • Experience in admin, VA work, recruiting, or marketing is a plus
  • Startup or scale-up experience a bonus
