Junior Functional Consultant

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.

Functional Analysis: Analyze client requirements and translate them into clear and concise functional specifications, ensuring alignment with the software capabilities.

Solution Design: Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to design customized solutions that meet the unique business needs of each client.

Software Configuration: Assist in the configuration and setup of software applications based on the functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the software meets the defined requirements.

Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional specifications, configurations, and other project-related materials.

Problem Solving: Identify and address issues and challenges that arise during the implementation process, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance your functional expertise and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Basic understanding of business processes and the ability to learn new domains quickly.

Familiarity with software implementation methodologies and project management concepts is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as required.
