About Us

We are a leading cutlery manufacturer supplying high-quality stainless-steel cutlery to B2B customers nationwide. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Lahore and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B customers for cutlery products in assigned territory.
  • Visit wholesalers, retailers and hospitality industry clients to promote products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery and after-sales service.
  • Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must be Lahore-based with good market knowledge of wholesalers and retailers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (BBA / Marketing)
  • Motorcycle and valid driving license required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary + Commission 
  • Travel Allowance: Reimbursed at actual against bills
