About Us
We are a leading cutlery manufacturer supplying high-quality stainless-steel cutlery to B2B customers nationwide. Our customers include wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Lahore and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers for cutlery products in assigned territory.
- Visit wholesalers, retailers and hospitality industry clients to promote products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the head office for order processing, delivery and after-sales service.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be Lahore-based with good market knowledge of wholesalers and retailers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree (BBA / Marketing)
- Motorcycle and valid driving license required.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary + Commission
- Travel Allowance: Reimbursed at actual against bills
