About the Role
Were seeking a Technical Project Manager to join an innovative telecommunications client focused on transforming and maintaining features related to prepaid (pay-as-you-go) customers.
In this role, youll play a key part in driving data connector implementation projects, working closely with technical teams, implementation managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, scalability, and operational efficiency across multiple initiatives.
Youll also contribute to improving Agile practices, project visibility, and delivery processes while supporting cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What Youll Be Doing

Oversee end-to-end project workflows for data connector implementations using Jira and Smartsheet

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on connector development

Collaborate closely with implementation managers, data engineers, analysts, and technical leads

Track, communicate, and report project progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership

Define, monitor, and report project success metrics, throughput, and delivery KPIs

Coordinate escalations, risk management, and mitigation plans across technical teams

Contribute to improving project management methodologies, SOPs, and Agile practices

Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, IT, and Operations teams
What You Bring
Must-Haves
-
5+ years of experience in Project Management within technology or software environments

Proven experience working with Agile / Scrum teams, ideally in technical or data-driven projects

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and MS Office

Knowledge or exposure to AWS or Apache tools (e.g., S3, EC2, Redshift, Zeppelin, NiFi)

Ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments

Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have

Experience improving or standardizing operational or delivery processes

PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications

Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams
