About the Role

Were looking for a Product Feature Research & Backlog Owner to join an exciting digital health platform thats redefining how patients connect with healthcare providers through technology and AI.

In this role, youll take ownership of researching, defining, and prioritizing product features transforming ideas into clear, actionable backlogs. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements that enhance the platforms functionality and user experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify feature opportunities, gather feedback, and define objectives.

• Conduct research on user needs, market trends, competitive features, and technical implications.

• Translate insights into well-defined product features: user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.

• Build and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with product goals and business strategy.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to discuss feasibility, estimate effort, and align deliverables.

• Track feature progress, adjust priorities as needed, and monitor post-launch performance metrics.

• Facilitate effective communication between product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in product feature research, requirement gathering, and backlog management.

• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and measurable impact.

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or digital health products.

• Exposure to data-driven or AI/ML-enabled platforms.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams or conducting user testing and prototyping.
