About the Role

Were seeking a Functional Analyst / Product Owner (Semi Senior or Senior) to join a growing digital banking initiative. This hybrid role blends functional analysis with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality documentation, strong business alignment, and a user-centered approach to delivery.

You'll be a key bridge between business and tech, ensuring that knowledge is preserved, requirements are clear, and that our team builds with purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

• Translate business needs and user expectations into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories

• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation (requirements, process flows, manuals, API documentation, etc.)

• Build a deep understanding of our platforms logic, capabilities, and business goals becoming the go-to person for product knowledge

• Coordinate and execute functional testing to ensure product quality

• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback collection

• Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment and shared understanding

• Collaborate in shaping product vision, prioritizing features, and aligning development with strategic goals

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Functional Analysis or Product Ownership

• Strong documentation skills, including experience with user stories, diagrams, manuals, and API references

• Proven ability to gather, define, and clarify complex requirements with both business and technical teams

• Experience planning and executing functional test cases and coordinating UAT sessions

• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical and strategic perspectives

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• (Nice to have) Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean product development
