We're now looking for a seasoned Product Manager who understands the complexities of healthcare workflows, compliance, and user-centered design and who thrives in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Were Looking For a Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

As a Senior Product Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and scaling digital products used by payers, providers, and healthcare teams across the US. You'll own end-to-end product lifecycles from discovery and requirements to delivery and iteration and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build experiences that improve patient outcomes and drive business value.

What Youll Be Doing

• Own the product lifecycle for complex healthcare applications (clinical, claims, analytics, etc.)

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

• Lead discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint refinement activities

• Work closely with US-based stakeholders (Product, Operations, Clients) to align features with strategic goals

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for internal and external use

• Drive go-to-market readiness, rollout coordination, and feedback loops with end users

• Ensure products meet high standards for data security, compliance (HIPAA), and accessibility

• Use metrics, feedback, and user research to guide continuous product improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software teams

• Experience in US Healthcare: EMRs, EHRs, payers, claims data, patient engagement, or related

• Strong skills in product discovery, agile delivery, and backlog management

• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and lead cross-functional initiatives

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or similar

• A data-informed mindset: experience using analytics, dashboards, or qualitative insights to drive decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards

• Previous work in B2B or SaaS healthcare platforms

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Experience collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams
