Job Description:

Head Chef | $1,800/month | Full-Time | Zouk

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Chef or Head Chef to take charge of a dynamic kitchen, lead daily plat du jour preparations, and manage catering operations with a focus on presentation and quality.

Schedule:

  • Full-time | Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • One day off per week

  • Demand-based flexibility

  • Insurance provided after probation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare daily Lebanese and international plat du jour

  • Oversee catering orders and ensure high-level presentation

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team

  • Manage stock and kitchen operations efficiently

  • Ensure consistency in taste, hygiene, and portioning

Recruitment Process Kitchen Test:
Shortlisted candidates will complete a 2-day cooking trial:

  • Day 1: Prepare one Lebanese and one international plat du jour

  • Day 2: Marinate meats + cook a dish of your choice (e.g. fish or another protein)

Compensation:

  • $1,800/month

  • Additional benefits after probation
