Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing production and fabrication company operating at the intersection of printing, acrylic work, and laser-cut solutions, Dash Recruits is looking for a Finalizer to join a high-performance workshop team.
This role sits at the final stage of the production cycle, ensuring every item leaving the facility is finished, polished, and quality-checked to perfection. If you have hands-on experience with printing, laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, and finishing work this is an opportunity to join a stable, well-structured, and quality-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and maintaining finishing machines and laser cutting/engraving systems
- Executing cutting, engraving, laminating, binding, and mounting tasks
- Handling acrylic fabrication: cutting, bending, polishing, gluing, assembling
- Reviewing, correcting, and preparing print-ready files
- Ensuring top-tier quality control on all finished products
- Preparing, packaging, and organizing orders for timely delivery
- Keeping a clean, safe, and well-structured workspace
Technical Skills Needed
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
- Experience with RDWorks or LightBurn for laser-cutting workflows
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawings and acrylic layouts
- Ability to review and finalize PDF files before production
