Dash Recruits has been exclusively appointed to lead the search for a Technical Sales Engineer a role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, business, and real industrial problem-solving.
Our client is a long-established chemical manufacturing and distribution leader, supplying and developing specialty chemicals for detergents, raw materials, industrial applications, and water & wastewater treatment. The Opportunity
- You will support and grow two high-potential divisions:
- Detergent Raw Materials and/or Water Treatment Solutions.
- This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, work closely with senior experts, gain industry depth, and manage real client relationships from day one.
What You Will Do
- Support senior sales managers in executing commercial strategies and expanding customer accounts.
- Learn, understand, and promote a diverse portfolio of specialty chemicals across multiple industries.
- Participate in client visits, product demos, and technical follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.
- Build lasting relationships through consistent service, follow-up, and consultative engagement.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive, product, and customer insights.
- Maintain CRM entries, prepare reports, and support internal sales planning.
What You Bring
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical/commercial field.
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales or account management ideally within chemicals or water treatment.
- Strong communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
- A consultative sales mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
