In this role, the Facility Supervisor will manage two key facilities: a five-story, 5,000-square-meter central kitchen facility in Beirut East and a high-profile restaurant in downtown Beirut. Both locations are at the core of the company's operations, ensuring consistent quality and seamless service.
The central kitchen facility runs on Siemens Building Automation Systems (BAS) and supports a highly skilled team of 5 maintenance professionals and a procurement officer. As the Facility Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily maintenance schedules
- Managing vendors and tradespeople
- Ensuring efficient operations of key systems: chillers, boilers, HVAC units, BAS systems, and basic plumbing
- Leading with trust, providing guidance, and fostering a proactive maintenance culture
