️ Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism

Document and route communications to the appropriate internal teams

Process orders, requests, and complaints accurately and promptly

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes

Analyze and update Customer Service reports and data sheets

Support quality management systems and offer suggestions for improvement

Complete administrative documentation as required

Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Higher Education

OR proven experience in customer support
Languages

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
