Role Overview

A leading business is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support clients in the Lebanese market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity and empathy, and is committed to maintaining high service standards.

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism

  • Document and route communications to the appropriate internal teams

  • Process orders, requests, and complaints accurately and promptly

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes

  • Analyze and update Customer Service reports and data sheets

  • Support quality management systems and offer suggestions for improvement

  • Complete administrative documentation as required

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Higher Education
  • OR proven experience in customer support

Languages

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

Soft Skills

  • Strong phone communication and active listening

  • Effective presentation and negotiation abilities

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven

  • Excellent teamwork and time management
