Terms and Conditions for PRI's Online Referral Program

Introduction Welcome to PRI's Online Referral Program. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions (T&Cs). By participating, you agree to these T&Cs.

Eligibility

• Open to individuals who agree to these T&Cs.
• Participants must be of legal age as defined by their jurisdiction.

How to Participate

• Participants must submit referrals through PRI's designated online platform.
• Each referral must include accurate and complete information as required by PRI.

Referral Rewards

• Eligible referrals that result in a successful placement by PRI will earn rewards as specified by PRI at the time of referral submission.
• Rewards are subject to change and are at PRI's discretion.

Program Duration

• PRI's referral program is ongoing but PRI reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice.

Data Protection

• Participant and referral personal information will be processed in accordance with PRI's Privacy Policy.
• Information collected will only be used for the purposes of this referral program.

Limitation of Liability

• PRI is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by participants or for any technical failures.
• PRI disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising out of participation in the program.

General Conditions

• PRI reserves the right to disqualify participants who breach these T&Cs.
• These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the participant and PRI regarding the referral program.

Changes to the Terms

• PRI reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
